This is a two-day training and assessment course for up to 6 candidates.
Day One consists of theory in classroom for setting up and using Oxy-acetylene equipment and basic pipework skills.
Day Two consists of Brazing techniques and producing test pieces.
The course is essential for all personnel who wish to be competent in installing and/or replacing refrigeration or air conditioning copper pipework. It is a practically orientated course but includes theoretical elements for safe and competent refrigeration brazing techniques. The course ensures approved industry standards (The British Refrigeration Association) of workmanship and that best practices are shown and achieved.
It is not a mandatory requirement for the F-Gas Module.
