City & Guilds 2393 Building Regulations for Electrical Installations in Dwellings

This module is designed for an electrician or anyone working in an allied trade. If you need to gain a better understanding of UK Building Regulations to ensure your work complies with legal requirements this course is for you. This course is aimed at electricians working in the building trade who require a working knowledge of the ways electrical installations in dwellings can affect the building's construction.

Compliance with the relevant building regulations is a legal requirement. If you are working on any electrical installation that can affect the construction of a building this course will give you the expertise to ensure you are working both safe and legal. This qualification is also designed to meet the needs of candidates who work in the Building Service Engineering sector who need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of Building Regulations for electrical installations in dwellings and associated areas in England and Wales. It will cover all the relevant parts of the building regulations; A, B, E, F, L, M and P, which the domestic electrician will need to comply with.
